Randall E. (Randy) Ellington is the founder and owner of SmartWealth® LLC, a Maitland, Florida firm working with financially successful individuals, professional practices, and businesses in the areas of estate, business, and financial planning.
Randy holds the Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®), Certified Financial PlannerTM (CFP®), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) and Retirement Income Certified Professional® (RICP®) designations. His education includes a law degree (J.D.*) from Temple University Law School and an engineering degree (B.S. Engineering) from Case Western Reserve University.
Randy has thirteen years experience as a business and tax trial attorney. Though he has not been engaged in the practice of law for many years; he is a member of The Florida Bar and its Real Property, Probate & Trust Law and Tax Law Sections. His practice emphasizes a team approach towards working with and serving clients’ needs.
Randy is a Past President of the Central Florida Estate Planning Council and the Holocaust Memorial Resource and Education Center of Central Florida.
